This course is the second step in the AMCS learning path. In this course, ITIL® 4 Specialist AMCS: Procuring Cloud Services, you’ll learn how to describe key elements of a cloud strategy, as well as how to modify an operating model to support migration to cloud services. First, you'll explore how to identify the types of cloud services and understand their applicability to an organization's context. Next, you'll discover how cloud services are selected and procured in the offer step of the customer service. Finally, you’ll learn how to onboard and offboard cloud services.
