This course focuses on teaching the student some of the features of Juniper Connected Security including Network Address Translation (NAT), Virtual Private Networks (VPN) as well as reviewing some of the commonly used J-Web monitoring features.
Juniper is one of the main networking and security vendors and the knowledge of their product and solution offerings can be an advantage when coming into many modern working environments. This course along with the two other accompanying courses focuses on the features used by the Juniper Connected Security approach. First, you will explore Network Address Translation (NAT) and how it can be used to connect together different addressing domains. Next, you will discover IPsec VPNs and how they are used to ensure data authentication, integrity, and confidentiality. Finally, you will learn about the different methods of monitoring the SRX platform. By the end of this course, you'll have a base understanding of these subjects as part of a Juniper Connected Security environment.
