  • Week 1: Product Enterprise Operating Model

    o The people, culture, processes and tools that empower the product enterprise

    Week 2: Strategic & Operational Alignment

    o The Vision - Strategy - OKR - KPI framework

    Week 3: Product Risk Management Framework

    o Understanding risks at individual product and overall portfolio levels and developing strategies

    o Operational Risk Management across the product enterprise

    Week 4: Scaling through alignment

    o Aligning core vs support functions (accounting, sales, HR, etc.) as we scale the product enterprise
