Spinnaker is open sourced by Netflix and is now used by small andbig tech companies to release their software on the cloud. Google is also a major contributor to Spinnaker.

If you are looking howto deploy your software to AWS, or Kubernetes, then this course is for you.In this course we explain step-by-step how to:

You can deploy Spinnaker on DigitalOcean as shown in the course. You can also deploy spinnaker on any other Cloud Provider or with a local VM(a vagrantfile is also provided to help you with this). The current requirements of spinnaker are 18 GB RAM, A 4 core CPU, Ubuntu 14.04, 16.04 or 18.04 (Ubuntu 20.04 is not yet supported at the time of writing). The course has demos showing you the installation process of Spinnaker on a Ubuntu droplet (DigitalOcean), but any other ubuntu-compatible VMcan be used to do the installation.
