Free Online Course: Solidworks Furniture: A Simple Table or Desk provided by Skillshare is a comprehensive online course, which lasts for 1-2 hours worth of material. The course is taught in English and is free of charge. Solidworks Furniture: A Simple Table or Desk is taught by Rye Crowen.

Overview
  • Starting off with a simple sketch, we'll explore ways to create the base of the desk using weldments, a wood table top, learn how to use the sheet metal tool, and put it all together in an assembly. We'll then chose colors and materials, to render everything in Photoview360, creating a finished prototype of our desk or table. And, to finish it up, we'll create a drawing for manufacturing.
