Play by Play is a series in which top technologists work through a problem in real-time, unrehearsed, and unscripted. In this course, we’ll explore how the Salesforce ecosystem is fast-moving with lots of things that need to get done. Most professionals in this space are buried with work, projects, tasks, emails, and meetings. They suffer from too much to do, but not knowing what they should do, and not wanting to let things slip through the cracks. We’ll walk through four main tools to help get out from under the weight of so much work, to be more productive and get more things done. We’ll walk through each of the core concepts of Getting Things Done (GTD) while building out a new trusted system using Salesforce as the platform.
