Media Laws and ethics is a Curriculum-based course content of one of the graduate programs of humanities discipline.It is part of the approved curriculum being transacted in a few affiliated Colleges of Pondicherry University and similar courses are being offered at many colleges across India.This course would offer many ideas related to law making in India, which include a brief history of the constitution of India, significant laws enacted related to Media and Communication since the colonial period, till date. It also tries to impart knowledge about morals and ethics.Primarily aimed at the students of communication, journalism, and media studies programmes.
