    Inquiry Science Learning: Perspectives andPractices consists of four courses, each designed to address a differentstrand in the development of skills teachers need to meet the demands of theircareer, including the following.

    1. Science Leadership
    2. Techniques for Success
    3. Science Content
    4. Student-Centered Inquiry

    In this first course we will focus on helpingteachers expand their influence outside their classroom to promote scientificliteracy throughout their school and into the larger community.

    Policy that Affects Science Classrooms and How You Can Have an Impact
