Easy Yoga for Self Love is a 45 minute sequence of Yoga for Beginners, but all levels are welcome!
This practice it´s the progression of my two previous classes: Easy Yoga for a Radiant Day and Easy Yoga for a Strong Mind
In this class you will:
- Explore the most basic standing postures in yoga and their names.
- Work deeper into twists and backbends.
- Strengthen legs, abs and back muscles.
- Work the flexibility of the upper back and the sternum, which is the Love Energetical Center, according to Hinduism.
By the end of this class you will feel:
- Physically revitalized and clear minded.
- Strong and positive towards yourself and your body.
