Overview
  • Designing for Personalization and Inclusion with Technologies - is an Erasmus + project aiming at developing an effective working method for teachers and students. Its focus is an application (DEPIT APP) supporting teachers in the project work in the creation of the annual plan and the daily design. The APP is viewable in the classroom, and guides the students to understand the curriculum and the learning pathway.

This self-paced course tries to analyze the problems that the teachers find in designing in complexity and how digital technologies can support the design.

Teachers have to produce complex, multi-modal courses, as well as an explicit and personalized design. Hence the need for a design visualized for the students, to favor a construction of global sense and to highlight the red threads of the pathway.

The self-paced course, therefore, starts from the design model mediated by the Conversational framework proposed by Diana Laurillard ,which presents an interactionist approach to teaching through an application, DEPIT, which supports explicit and visible design to students.

In addition, it presents experiences and reflections of many school teachers who in Italy and Spain have used DEPIT and highlighted their strengths and suggestions for an effective work.
