This program is offered by the International Supply Chain Education Alliance (ISCEA), a world-renowned and globally recognized developer of internationally recognized certification programs including Certified Supply Chain Analyst (CSCA). This program includes 3 preparatory courses which will prepare you for the final course, the ISCEA Certified Supply Chain Analyst (CSCA) Exam. To become ISCEA certified, you must complete and pass all 3 preparatory courses and the final course, the CSCA exam. You cannot take the exam until you have successfully completed all 3 preparatory courses.
The CSCA “Certified Supply Chain Analyst” certification program provides you with the opportunity to demonstrate your mastery of the essential supply chain body of knowledge.
The program courses will provide you with the resources to pass the certification exam so that you can earn the internationally recognized CSCA designation.
Supply chain foundational topics, processes and strategies will be presented in a clear and concise manner. Inside the program courses you will find the knowledge required to link strategy and tactical planning to financial results and everyday operations. Course 1: Supply Chain Planning and StrategyMaster the supply chain language used throughout the industry and learn the foundational topics required for strategic and tactical planning - part of the ISCEA CSCA - Certified Supply Chain Analyst - Internationally Recognized Certificate.
Course 2: Procurement and Logistics ManagementLearn fundamental concepts regarding the flow of goods and materials throughout the supply chain. Starting from procurement and continuing with logistics; including the management of inventory, transportation and facilities in the distribution network - part of the ISCEA CSCA - Certified Supply Chain Analyst - Internationally Recognized Certificate.
Course 3: Supply Chain Management Tools and TechniquesLearn skills and tools that support supply chain operation, including Aggregate Planning, Sales Order Fulfillment, Lean, Sustainability and Team Dynamics - part of the ISCEA CSCA - Certified Supply Chain Analyst - Internationally Recognized Certificate
Course 4: ISCEA Certified Supply Chain Analyst (CSCA) ExamThe CSCA Exam is a 100 Question Multiple-Choice Exam, duration of 2 hours. The passing score for the exam is 70%. The exam is designed to allow the learner to demonstrate deep understanding of all practices, topics, definitions, and strategies embedded within the CSCA Program. Passing the CSCA Exam demonstrates that the learner has successfully gained industry relevant knowledge and will be certified as an ISCEA Supply Chain Analyst.
